Panel discussion on gender sensitivity in medicine

The panel discussion “Medizin-(für)-Männer? Geschlechtersensible Standards für Medikationen und Heilverfahren“ of the VolkswagenStiftung will take place on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021, starting at 7 p.m. The topic is why medicine should take a more differentiated look at the different genders and why research and teaching have so far hardly taken gender and age into account. Prof. Dr. Vera Regitz-Zagrosek from the Institute Gender in Medicine, Charité, and Dr. Frank Christoph from the Clinic for Urology at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg will be among the panelists.
