Conference "Healthy People, Healthy Planet, Social Justice"

From 28th March to 1st April 2022, the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) will host this year's CUGH conference digitally, focusing on "Healthy People, HealthyPlanet, Social Justice".

For the thirteenth time, scientists, students and actors from universities, NGOs, governments and the Community of practice will meet to discuss challenges and strategies for global health. The virtual conference will take place at different times of the day to enable global participation. The programme is divided into the following subtopics:

- Addressing the Social Determinants of Health
- Covid-19, Emerging Infectious Diseases, & Other Communicable Diseases
- Planetary Health, One Health, Environmental Health, Climate Change and Pollution
- Strengthening Health Systems, Public Health, Primary and Surgical Care
- Translation and Implementation Science, High Impact Development Initiatives, Bridging Research to Policy, Reforming Academia
- Non-Communicable Diseases
- Politics, Law, Corruption, Human Rights, Governance, Diplomacy, Strengthening Public Institutions

Registration comes with staggered fees, depending on income and country of origin between USD 100 to USD 600, and is possible at this link: https://www.cugh2022.org/registration

In advance, those interested can participate in the satellite events (21.-25. March), which will also be held virtually.
