Award ceremony of Else Kröner-Fresenius as digital event

The german foundation Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung which co-finances the hospital partnerships funding program, awards the prize for medical development cooperation every autumn. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event will take place digitally this time. The prize, worth 100.000 euros, is dedicated this year the fight against neglected tropical diseases. According to foundation, it recognizes people and projects that serve the improvement of health care in this area in an outstanding way. One project is always awarded. The date for the honor of the award winner is expected to be published on the foundation's website at the end of November 2020 where interested parties can also subscribe to the newsletter.
